Q: Where are West End Professional Suites located?
A: You will find our building at 671-677 Hunter Street, Newcastle West NSW 2302.
Q: How long can I sign a lease for?
A: We offer flexible leasing arrangements on private suites from one month through to twelve month or longer. A virtual office package which can be cancelled any time with 30 days notice.
Q: What if I need additional office space?
A: We can create a flexible working environment to suit your needs.
Q: How will I book the meeting room?
A: You will have access to a calendar so that you can book your times directly and check when the rooms are available.
Q: Can I book a tour?
A: Sure. Make an enquiry and we can show you your new office space.
Q: How do I know my office is secure?
A: Security is very important to us and you can rest assured knowing that your office can only be accessed via a swipe card. The building is under constant camera surveillance with a monitored security alarm.
Q: What if I have to cancel my lease?
A: Your lease will fall under standard leasing requirements so if you cancel before your lease expiry date, you will be required to honour the terms of your lease. If your lease has expired, we just ask that you give 30 days notice of your intention to vacate.
Q: If I lease a virtual office, is the space mine alone and can I choose which days I am in the office?
A: Virtual office does not include office or building access unless added to your package.
Q: Where is the building manager based?
A: There will be someone onsite on weekdays from 9 am to 5 pm. The building will only be open to the public during these times.
Q: How much parking is available for tenants and their clients?
A: There are a limited number of car park spaces available onsite at an additional monthly cost. Wilsons Parking Station located 550m away at $8.50 per day.
Q: Are there lunch venues within walking distance?
A: There are a number of cafes, takeaway restaurants, mini-marts and a shopping centre, all within walking distance from West End Professional Suites.
